Intuit Poster Compliance Service Limited Warranty against posting fines: If an Intuit Poster Compliance Service member's location receives a government fine for improper posting content, and that location has received and posted the most current Intuit state and federal postings, this limited warranty guarantees reimbursement of paid fines up to $17,000 per customer location per year. As your sole and exclusive remedy and our sole and exclusive liability for breach of the foregoing warranty, we will pay government penalties up to $17,000 due solely to content errors on physical posters you received and posted as part of the service. In the event government fines are issued to you after expiration or cancelation of your subscription, limited warranty does not cover such fines. This warranty does not apply to any assessments, penalties, litigation expenses, or any and all indirect or direct expenses or interest resulting from, among other things: government penalties arising from HR or labor law violations not related to poster content errors, your failure to comply to federal or state regulations, your use of the posters content to manage your employees or make HR decisions, your failure to display posters in appropriate locations immediately upon receipt of initial poster kit or replacement posters.

In order to be reimbursed under this limited warranty you must notify customer support at 800-556-0879 as soon as you learn of the mistake (and in no event later than 30 days after the assessment is made). You must include a copy of the government notice and proof of payment. By claiming payment, you authorize us to obtain and review any files that may be in your possession or control in order to evaluate your claim. You remain responsible for paying any additional liability you may owe and providing assistance and additional information as we may reasonably request. This warranty is for your benefit only and is not transferable, and will be null and void if you breach any terms or conditions of this service.
