How do I review and change my order before placing it? Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve approved and submitted it?How do I review and change my order before placing it? For products that you are in the process of customizing: You’ll be able to preview your work as you customize your pre-designed template or add text to a design that you uploaded. Click on the Advanced Editing link below the product image and then on the magnifying glass icon for a larger preview. For orders that you placed in your shopping cart but have not yet purchased: You may continue to revise your product up until the moment you click the Proceed to Order Confirmation button on the billing page of the checkout process. Click on the Shopping Cart step of the progress bar to view the list of products in your cart, then click on Edit next to the product that you’d like to update. For products you’ve customized and saved, but haven’t yet purchased, simply sign in to My Account, and select the Saved Work and Logos tab. For orders you’ve already purchased, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. You will, however, be able to make changes to a previous order before re-ordering the item at a later date. To avoid order errors, we encourage you to review all text, formatting, design elements, and other information carefully before initialing the Approval box and submitting your order.
