 How do I review and change my order before placing it?

How do I review and change my order before placing it?

Every step of the ordering and customization process allows you to review and make changes to your order. You can make edits while placing your order in two different ways:

Option A: Make your edits during the customization process.

Step 1: Make your edits in the fields on the left side of the page for each step of the process.

Step 2: As you make changes, you can see them applied to the product image on your screen. To see a larger version, click on the preview link below the picture.

Step 3:Before you place your order, you'll be asked to approve your final product design by entering your initials.


Option B: Make your edits in the shopping cart, which is the step before checkout.

Step 1: Click Edit on the item you would like to edit.

Step 2: You will be taken to the last step of the customization process. From there, you can go to any of the steps and make your desired edits.

Step 3: At any time, click on the Preview link to view your edits.

Step 4: Approve your edits by typing your initials into the box next to "Review all information and enter initials to approve" on the last page of the process. Then click Order and proceed to checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after I've approved and submitted it?

We cannot accept changes or cancellations for orders that have been approved and submitted. You will, however, be able to make changes to a previous order before re-ordering the item at a later date.

To avoid order errors, we encourage you to review all text, formatting, design elements, and other information carefully before initialing the Approval box and submitting your order.You may also find it helpful to review our 60-Day Guarantee policy.
