<b>What shipping methods do you offer?</b>

<strong>48 Contiguous States:</strong><br>

For most shipments, FedEx is our standard ground shipping method. We offer Next Day and Second Day shipping.

<strong>Please Note: </strong>All orders, including those with Priority Shipping, require processing time and may not ship the next business day.
<p><strong>All other:</strong><br>
For most shipments, USPS is our standard shipping method for areas outside of the 48 contiguous states. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii also have the option of shipping Next Day and Second Day, when the service is available in their area.

<b>How long will it take for my order to arrive?</b>
<p>Normally, orders take 5-7 business days to process before they ship
(Rush orders available, please call 1-(866) 570-3842). Shipping time depends on what type of shipping you choose.</p>
<p>If you choose our standard ground shipping, it will take approximately 10 business days from the time you submit your order. If you select Priority Shipping (Next Day or Second Day), your order may not ship the next business day and will take approximately 7 business days to arrive. Orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states may take longer, depending on the area.</p>
<p>The time it takes to receive your product will depend on how long it takes to produce it, where you live, and the shipping method you choose. A more precise estimate of shipping and delivery dates will be provided when you make your shipping arrangements.<BR>

<p><strong><a name="q3"></a>How do you calculate shipping costs?</strong></p>
<p>Intuit's shipping and handling charges are based on several factors:</p>
<UL>
<LI>Weight of the package.</LI>
<LI>Selected carrier.</LI>
<LI>Zip code of the shipping destination.</LI>
<LI>"Accessorial" charges (e.g. <u>residential/commercial/rural fees</u>).</LI>
<LI>Fuel surcharges determined by the carrier.</LI></UL>
<p>To minimize the complexity of calculating shipping charges, we have created a set of average shipping prices based on a "range" of the total purchase amount before taxes. We do not have a standard "fee" for handling charges, since it varies based on the factors listed above.</p>
<p>To develop this pricing, we did the following:</p>
<UL><LI>Consulted the major delivery carriers.</LI>
<LI>Reviewed the shipping policies of other vendors to consumers and small businesses.</LI></UL>
<p>We believe that this structure represents industry best practice.</p>

<p><strong><a name="q4"></a>What does it mean if I choose "Signature Required"?</strong></p>
<p>Choosing "Signature Required" means that the shipping carrier will not release the package to you without the signature of someone at your delivery address (e.g. neighbors may not sign for the package.) You should choose "Signature Required" when you do not want your package to be left at your door without someone at your delivery address signing for it. We do not recommend this option for delivery addresses where no one will be available during the day to sign for the package. <br>

<p><strong><a name="q5"></a>What happens if I choose "Signature Required" and there is no one available at my delivery address to sign for the package?</strong></p>
<p>If no one is available to sign on the carrier's first attempt, the shipping carrier will return the next day to make another delivery attempt. After three attempts have been made, the package will be returned to Intuit. You may also elect to go to shipping carrier's facility to sign for and receive the package after the first attempt to deliver the package is made.<br>
